Accounting Services
Our subscription accounting services include monthly entry into the accounts of the primary accounting documents, bank accounts and cash registers movements, drawing up monthly statements and trial balance, submission of VAT declarations, submission of reports to the NSI. By request they may include issue of invoices and online banking. Annually, we conduct the closure of accounts, preparation of financial statements and their submission to the relevant regulatory bodies.
Payroll Services - Subscription based
Our subscription payroll services include administration of work salaries for employees, as well as for persons working under freelance/rent contracts. They include drawing up payroll, recapitulation and payslips, submitting statements to the NRA, submitting sick leaves and others to the NSSI, drawing up all relevant documentation for appointing or discharging persons.
Payroll Services - Individuals
Our Payroll Services to individuals include preparation of annual tax return and submission of annual declarations to the NRA, submission of declarations related to income other that such received under and employment contact, assistance with physical person reviews conducted by the NRA, consultations.
Tax Consulting
Our tax services include opinions and solutions concerning tax cases under tax laws, advice and solutions on tax cases which may have significant tax effects on your business, advice and solutions concerning the tax effects in international trade operations and avoidance of double taxation, advice and solutions on tax matters regarding physical persons.

Administrave Services
Upon request, we can provide administrative services such as provision and maintenance of tax address, company registrations, registration of a company under the VAT law, assistance with matters and documentation related to the Law for Helathy and Safe Labour Conditions, assistance with documentation related to requirements under the Law on Money Laundering.
